But by 2024, their digital presence had fallen behind. Younger diners weren't discovering them, and lucrative catering and private event opportunities were going to competitors with slicker websites. We honored the restaurant's heritage while modernizing everything: a visually rich website with integrated online ordering through Uber Eats, DoorDash, and GrubHub, a social media strategy built around their signature dishes, and local SEO that pushed them to the top of Indian restaurant searches across Orange County. Online reservations jumped 85% in just two months.
