Our contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against spam and abuse. Turnstile may

submissions are made by real users. This data is processed by Cloudflare in accordance with their
Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare Turnstile does not use traditional CAPTCHA challenges and is designed to be privacy-preserving.

2. Payment Terms
- Billing: All Orrku Media services are billed according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
- Transparent Pricing: Your service agreement outlines all fees, deliverables, and terms. No hidden charges apply.
- Payment Due Date: Invoices are due upon receipt or by the date specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, ACH transfer, and other methods as agreed upon.
- Refunds: Because our services involve labor and deliverables produced on your behalf, refunds for completed work are generally not available. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be billed for the following month.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to accounts, assets, and information necessary for us to perform the agreed-upon services.
- Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
- Ensure that all content, images, and materials you provide to us do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Client Work Product
Upon full payment for services rendered, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., website
files, design assets, and content) created specifically for them, unless otherwise stated in the service
agreement. Orrku Media retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials
unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Third-Party Assets
Certain elements used in deliverables (such as stock photographs, fonts, or third-party software) may be subject
to their own license terms. Orrku Media will inform the client of any applicable third-party licenses.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Orrku Media provides its Site and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing services, including but not limited to search engine rankings, website traffic, lead generation, or revenue increases.

related to: (a) your use of our Site; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any content or materials you provide

7. Termination
- By Client: You may terminate services at any time by providing written notice via email to contact@orrkumedia.com. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- By Orrku Media: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, if you breach these Terms, or if continuing the engagement would be impractical or harmful to either party.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, we will deliver any completed work product to you. Access to ongoing services (such as hosting, SEO monitoring, or social media management) will cease at the end of the billing period.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation
between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through
binding arbitration in Orange County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration
Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without
regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located
in Orange County, California.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction,
the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreement, constitute the entire agreement
between you and Orrku Media regarding the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior agreements,
representations, and understandings.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to
this page. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance
