Acorn Family Dental Care (formerly Dr. Dailley's practice) was undergoing a rebrand as Dr. Teah Nguyen took over the established Berkeley practice. They needed a fresh website that maintained the legacy patient base while attracting new families. The site needed to communicate their comfort-focused approach, multilingual staff, and full range of cosmetic, general, and restorative services.

Taking over an established dental practice is a delicate balancing act — you need to honor the legacy while signaling a fresh start. When Dr. Teah Nguyen acquired Dr. Dailley's long-running Berkeley practice in 2024, she rebranded it as Acorn Family Dental Care and needed a website that could bridge both worlds. Orrku Media designed a warm, patient-focused site with 24/7 online booking, then layered on an aggressive local SEO and content strategy targeting Berkeley, Oakland, Albany, and the broader East Bay. The results were dramatic: Google Search clicks jumped 178% (from 307 to 853 per quarter), impressions surged 212% (from 61.5K to 192K), and the practice's average position improved from 10.6 to 7.6 — crossing from page 2 to page 1.
